As part of the CMC3 - Coffee, Conversation, Connect to Care series, this session is intended to be an open two-way conversation. Topics of discussion will include, but not be limited to: • Colon Health and Screenings • Prostate Screenings • Blood Pressure/Cholesterol • Type 2 Diabetes • Shingles Coffee and conversation will begin at 5:30 pm on Thursday, June 15.
