NEW HARMONIES Opening Concert

Event Description
Marlena Smalls & the Hallelujah Singers at Hampton Street Auditorium to kick off the Smithsonian exhibit: NEW HARMONIES: CELEBRATING AMERICAN ROOTS MUSIC. Reception immediately following the concert for first preview of the exhibit at the Colleton Museum & Farmers Market. Sponsors of the event are the Colleton Museum & Farmers Market, Colleton Center, Colleton County Arts Council, and the Colleton County Memorial Library with support from the Walterboro-Colleton Chamber of Commerce. Exhibit will be on display at the Museum through Jan. 6, 2013. Tickets avail. from any of the sponsoring organizations.
