Working With NonProfit Boards

Event Description
This is a series of workshops designed to help strengthen non-profit organizations and their board members. These workshops are being offered by the Walterboro-Colleton Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Clemson’s Institute on Economic and Community Development. The second workshop will include:
Feb. 4th - Energizing Your Board Into Action: this workshop will focus on engaging your board, defining the board’s role, and board member commitment to your organization.
Working with Non Profit Boards will be offered on Thursday mornings from 8:00 am until 10:00 am at the Clemson Extension office in the Bernard Warshaw Building at 219 South Lemacks Street. Clemson’s office is located at the Black Street entrance.
You can sign up to attend all 4 sessions for $60 or individual sessions for $20 each. Chamber members can attend all 4 sessions for $40 or individual sessions for $15 each. Registration is required and space is limited.
